How do I exchange my order?
Exchange Policy Terms:
1. Exchanges are accepted under the condition that the swimsuit sticker has not been removed.
2. The swimsuit tag should not have been removed.
3. The swimsuit must be returned in the original packaging.
4. Returns are not accepted if the swimsuit has been worn.
If you have any questions about the return process, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we are here to help.
All orders can be exchanged within 15 days.
Send us a message by email or Instagram so we can choose your new swimsuit together.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped we will send you a track. This way you can track your order.
Keep in mind that it can take up to 48 hours before the track & trace is available. Can't track your package after 48h? Please send us an email to sweetandsourgr@gmail.com and we will contact the shipping company.
